Yes I see you interpretation. My interpretation of probability waves is
somewhat different: they represent all information about physical states
and they are the physical states (LOGOS=COSMOS/ideas=objective realities).
Wave functions contain no conscious information.
The information given by our conscious experience in quantum jump is
however very meager: like a shadow on the wall of the cave. Only
information about spacetime region where nondeterminism is
concentrated is obtained and information is not totally objective
because it is determined by *initial and final quantum histories* rather
than single quantum history. The buddhist concept 'Maya' seems to have
natural place here. Conscious experience can lie and usually does it.
The actual information content of conscious experiences is indeed very
tiny. It is known that most of neural processing is unconscious (to us
at least). I think that the idea about state function as a carrier of
conscious information fails because it predicts that we get drowned in
