I've posted the following proposition to sci.physics as to whether
sci.physics participants can agree that a body traveling at constant
velocity, implying constant motion in a straight line at constant speed,
has constant angular momentum with respect to all points in space. Not
necessarily the same angular momentum, just a constant angular momentum
with respect to each point in space. Any thoughts?
