Looking for a Girl
On a windy day
Chops are engraved in the strait
They are motionless in the distance
Numerous white in dark blue
Sticking to a window
Looking down from a foothill building
Was a girl I look for
Chops in her eyes
In the grassland in a mountain
Dancing and singing
She wandered
Into a dream
I go out to look for her
How old can she be now?
Don't take me back to a town with no trees
It's hard to breathe in a city with no mountains
Why do I have to go to a place
With no colors of the sea?
Where has the girl gone who mourned?
It's terrifying to grow up
It's horrible to be a woman
I won't be an adult
Is she the only one who thought so?
Let me catch the wind to the past
To listen to the song of trees
If I can find the grassland again
I'm sure I can meet her again
In a town beside the strait
Under the low clouds
Blown in the ice cold wind
She was in her bare feet
With bare arms
She belonged to nobody
The girl
She would have died for what she adored
She would have stopped aging
For decades and decades
She would have played in grassland
In her dreamland
I wonder if she still lives there
